Mark Ormrod
Mark Ormrod is a former Royal Marine Commando who became the UK’s first triple amputee to survive the war in Afghanistan. After being injured by an IED in 2007 while on patrol with 40 Commando, Mark defied the odds and went on to rebuild his life with extraordinary determination.
Since leaving the military, he has become an award-winning author, Invictus Games medallist, and nationally respected voice on resilience and recovery. He now works across veteran support, public speaking, and charitable initiatives, empowering others to overcome adversity and lead with purpose.
When he’s not inspiring audiences through Force Media’s latest project, Mark supports Veterans through Force Media’s ‘Showcasing The Outstanding Role of the Military’.
