Dave Radband
Dave Radband is a former member of the Parachute Regiment and Special Forces Support Group (SFSG), with over a decade of service in Iraq, Kosovo, and Afghanistan. Joining the British Army at 16, he went on to lead high-risk missions alongside UKSF units, earning a Mention in Dispatches for gallantry in combat.
After leaving the Forces, Dave turned his attention to veteran mental health, drawing on his personal experience of PTSD, addiction, and surviving two suicide attempts. Now a passionate advocate and speaker, he uses his story to support others navigating the hidden wounds of war and to break the stigma around mental health in the military community.
Away from the spotlight, Dave works directly with veterans through Force Media’s ‘Showcasing The Outstanding Role of the Military’.
